- If a die has already been loaded into the OD4800, then you will need to begin by removing it. Loosen the two die lock knobs (located on the right and left sides of the front of the machine), then slide the die out of the left side of the die slot.
- Clear any debris or paper dust from the die slot.
- Insert the desired die into the opening on the left and slide it until it is flush with the right side of the machine. Ensure that the punch pin retainer slides into the pusher bar slot.
- Tighten the two die lock knobs evenly until the die assembly is secured within the die slot. The inserted die is now ready to use.
