The SircleBind CB-230 comb binding machine with 3-hole punch is versatile, all-manual punch-and-bind system that pairs comb binding capabilities with a convenient 3-hole punching mechanism. Designed for use in office environments, the CB-230 is built to stand up to medium-to-high volume binding needs without the need for complicated operator adjustments. Below is a step-by-step guide to using the 3-hole punch feature of the SircleBind CB-230 comb binder with 3-hole punch:
- Set the side margin guide based on the size of paper that is being used. Moving it to the right, aligned to the “LTR” line, will set the margin for letter-sized documents. Moving it to the right, aligned to the “A4” line, will set the margin for A4 sheets.
- Jog up to 20 sheets (based on 20 lb. paper) by tapping them against a flat surface, then insert them into the front punching slot.
- Pull the binding handle forward to engage the punching mechanism, then push it back to its upright position to complete the punch. The CB-230 is pre-set to punch 3 holes for letter-sized sheets and 4 holes for A4 sheets.
- Remove the punched sheets, then continue working in sets of up to 20 pages until all of the desired sheets have been punched.
